The COMBINE KD3D is a hi-tech, autonomous, modern, computer controlled machine for renovation of the road asphalt pavement with a mixture of asphalt emulsion and aggregate.
DESCRIPTION
The KOMBAIN KD3D is a hi-tech, autonomous, modern, computer controlled machine for renovation of the road asphalt pavement with a mixture of asphalt emulsion and aggregate.
It works hitched to a cistern carrying asphalt emulsion.
The KOMBAIN can carry some 10 m? of the aggregate in its bunker and is equipped with very fast loading conveyer.
Emulsion is pumped from the cistern into 20 nozzles, controlled in pairs. Aggregate is delivered from the bunker to 10 separately controlled gates so road renovation width can be easily controlled from 250mm up to 2500mm (each 250mm).
THE HIGHEST EFFICIENCY
The KOMBAIN is equipped with three pneumatically pressed down rollers which perfectly align the grit on the road surface.
The computer control system allows keeping output the both asphalt emulsion and aggregate, exactly to earlier set parameters, even while either machine speed or application width changes.
The operator control stand is situated on the front of the KOMBAIN, which helps the operator precisely control the road renovation process.
All the qualities described above provides very effective and excellent results of the renovation.
Productivity of the KOMBAIN is reaching tremendous 10 000 m?/h !
Practical road renovation productivity depends, of course, on work organization but still is reaching 2 000 m?/h according to our experience !
The KOMBAIN is equipped with renovation parameters printer and you can easy archive the work parameters history for inspection purposes if needed.
